- Tom Bignell Added January 25, 2020★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Two bad experiences in a row. On both occasions, I booked a service in advance and was asked to bring my car in at 7.30. I did so both times, being the first person there in the morning to drop my car off. Both times I was asked what time I needed to pick it up and both times I answered 3.30, and was told that this was fine.
On the first occasion in January, I was called at 3.00pm and told that they were behind and that my car would be late. I found this irritating, particularly being rung so late in the day (surely they would have known long before then that they were behind). Still, I waited around till 4.30, paid and left. I figured it was a bad day and unlikely to happen again.
Today was the second occasion. I was the first person to drop my car off in the morning. I was told 3.30 pick-up was no problem (deja vu kicked in a little). My phone rang at 3.15 this time, when I was already on my way to the Service Centre, to tell me they were behind and that it would most likely be 4 or 4.30 (ended up being 4.50).
I have no complaints about the mechanical work done so far, but that is very poor customer service. Firstly, I don't understand how the first car dropped off seems to be the last one finished (it was only a service - no major work being done). Secondly, it is pretty poor form to ring right before the car is due to be ready to say that it will be an hour late.

- Marilyn Heinz Added January 06, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ★The staff were very welcoming. It was no effort to arrange a test drive. Tim spent a lot of time explaining the features of the Forester. We were offered water, tea and coffee and all in all it was a good experience. We are enjoying our Forester!
